Ensures that the hotline is answered by trained staff and volunteers 24/7, and that excellent services are provided to callers with Limited English Proficiency and those who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing. Schedules Action Alliance staff and volunteers to provide services 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday; coordinates the contract services for overnight and weekend coverage; provides back-up as needed.
