Coordinates the development and implementation of the annual employee benefits package ensuring that the Action Alliance is compliant with all related laws. Works with the Co-Directors to identify benefits, obtains bids for their consideration, negotiates with plan administrators, coordinates employee enrollment and facilitates the resolution of employee questions and concerns. Maintains personnel files. Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures; supports the orientation and exit plans of agency staff.
